Casstrom No.10 Swedish Forest Knife Orange - 3.93" Blade, G10 Handle

The Casstrom SFK is a robust full-tang knife is built for versatility - you can use it for bushcraft, hunting and various tasks in the great outdoors. It is a very sturdy knife that you can use to skin a moose as well as carve hard wood or split smaller logs. The blade is about 10cm long and made from 3.8mm thick Swedish 14c28n stainless knife steel and heat treated to achieve a hardness of 57-59 HRC. The knives are ground with a shaving sharp full flat grind. 

These knives are made with a handle in orange G10 - a very tough material that is resistant to moisture, cracks and hard impact. The bright colour makes it easier to find a knife lost in the woods. Black liners.
Between the handle scales and steel are black liners to increase durability over time . The handle is secured with strong brass rivets which also gives the No.10 a classic look. 
The knife comes with a very sturdy cognac brown knife sheath (black for the green micarta version) made from 3mm thick vegetable tanned leather. The sheaths have an extra wide belt loop, an opening in the bottom for liquid, and a hole for a lanyard strap.
