Fischer Sharpening Steels 

Treated from 64 to 66 HRC which allows sharpening of all knives currently on the market. 
Coating provides protection against corrosion by a hard chrome layer of 8 to 10 microns. This layer increases the surface hardness of edges from 3 to 4 HRC. 
Magnetized to trap tiny steel residue produced by sharpening

Using the sharpening steel:

Pass the sharp edge of the knife edge over the full length of the sharpener by lightly pressing then start over on the other side of the sharpener to sharpen the other edge of the blade. 
Repeat the operation alternately on both sides of the blade.

Keep the knife slightly tilted at an angle of 20 ° to 30 °.
