Ganzo 722 knife has a rather diverse application. It can be used during any type of country past-time, and as practical everyday pocket knife. It is a quality stainless steel alloy with rather high hardness – about 58 units on Rockwell scale. Due to the use of this metal, Ganzo 722 does not require careful care to prevent corrosion. Whereas keeping the knife clean retains its qualities. It is not a problem to sharpen the blade, even with the simplest pocket sharpeners.
