Our Returns Policy
When you place an order with us you are welcome to return any item(s) you have purchased from us within 60 days of delivery. Items should be returned, unused and where applicable with all tags still attached. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

You are responsible for return postage costs except in the case of a wrong or damaged item sent, in this case we will refund your return postage.
We recommend that you use a tracked service to return your item as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit
Once the item has been returned please allow 7 days for it to be processed, we will email you when we have refunded your payment.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product.
You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. You may be required to sign a courier damage claim form, which is a legally binding document in order for us to claim for the damage.
Guarantee
All items on our website come with a minimum of 12 months guarantee. We say minimum because there are several brands with a longer period of guarantee.
