The Outback Edition series has been created to meet the highest demands of hunters and bushcrafters by being 100% outdoor proof. Silky has applied a black coating of a unique blend of nickel and tin to the entire blade, including the teeth. This provides long blade life and incredible cutting performance, while the dark, non-reflective color makes this saw suitable for tactical operations. The composite handle is made from a wood/plastic composition – the feel is a little harder than Silky's usual GOM rubber handle, but offers more grip with greasy substances.

The Gomboy folding multifunctional saw is perfect for various outdoor jobs. It has exceptional teeth and cuts first time, requires little force and is easy to control: this not only allows you to saw very quickly through thick tree trunks, but also allows you to make a very precise cut. The blade locks in two different positions with the locking mechanism. It unlocks and folds easily ensuring that the sharp teeth remain safely covered as they are completely hidden inside the handle. It deploys easily thanks to the notch in the blade, even when wearing gloves. The Gomboy saw comes in a solid transparent case with belt holder: the bottom is equipped with a notch and two holes to allow freshly sawn wet dust to drain.

The curved blade of the Gomboy Curve makes the saw very suitable for over-the-shoulder cutting and keeps the blade in the saw cut.
